Refund policy
DOMESTIC
Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 14 days from date of receipt of your item. Exceptions are made for A.Vibe® Members who can return their purchases within 60 days from date of receipt. Purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by postmark date of January 15th.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 14 days.
The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as A.Vibe® is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via email.
All A.Vibe® items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with A.Vibe®’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
Exchanges can only be made for items of the same price.
Once your return has been received, please, allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. Please, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
A.Vibe® guarantees its items to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review (prior to returning the item).
By placing an order with A.Vibe® the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, and terms and conditions.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order).
Please, be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the Netherlands and will be subtracted from any refund dues if incurred.
A.Vibe® reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our standard requirements.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged, and/or not in their original packaging.
Any items returned to us due to failure to pay import taxes or customs duties by customer will have fees incurred by A.Vibe® on customer’s account.
Please, note that if customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a €19,00 EUR return shipping charge.
Returns of products to A.Vibe® may take anywhere from 10 to 21 business days.
